Three Cups of Tea

This is the story of Greg Mortenson's struggles to bring schools to an extremely poor, remote region of Pakistan, and ultimately Afghanistan. I think I made the mistake of reading it more like I would any other novel, except of course, this isn't a novel. I'm really glad that the publishers included the small section of photographs in the middle of the book, because it jarred me back into reality. What this man did, with help of course, is nothing short of miraculous.
