In case you missed them, here are March, April, and May, progress pictures of the house. The big news this month is that the condo sold and the closing/move date will be 30 July.
#1 Shingles are complete on front facing street. Notice the detail above the window on the left.
#2 Shingles are complete by the main entrance. The front door, steps and front porch are to be completed.
#3 I have to dip more shingles to finish off this side and the porch. Dipped shingles gives protection on both sides and longer life. Not enough were ordered so it is up to Jared "The Dipper" to complete the task.
#4 Porch construction has begun. Love those columns. Frames for screens/windows to give us a 3-season porch. Note the completed chimney.
#5 New wider stairs are in, but covered during construction. Note scroll work. The light on the wall is reflection from skylight. Plastering and priming almost done throughout the house.
#6 Breakfast area after plastering and priming
#7 From kitchen through dining room to the living room. Fireplace is covered in plastic for now. Big box is sunporch door.

#11. New garage door is in. Only one car.
